Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for a part-time or full-time receptionist role at our esteemed wellness facility. This position is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist in staging the facility for various services.

The ideal candidate will present themselves in a professional manner, adhering to a business casual dress code, and should not have visible tattoos, unconventional hair colors, or facial piercings. We are particularly interested in non-smokers who have a passion for health and wellness.
