We are seeking a highly motivated Host Ambassador to join our team at Dave & Buster's.

About the Position:

This role is responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all guests;
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely manner;
  • Manage reservations and waitlists effectively;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service;
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
