About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small and Business Banking division, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence in our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options.
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
