Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Provide companionship and stimulation for clients, including reading, walks, and accompanying them to appointments.
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition to the Agency Director or Service Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
  • Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to compassionately care for others.
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
