Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Wisconsin Rapids Health Services. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
  • Able to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, volunteers, and other center staff.
  • Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Meets all health requirements, as required by law.
