Escrow Officer

At Impact Title, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of real estate transactions.

• Collaborate with buyers, sellers, and lenders to create closing packets that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Review and verify title commitments, sales agreements, and other closing documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work efficiently in title software, including Qualia and Simplifile, to manage and track closing documents.
• Maintain a working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the title industry to ensure compliance and maintain escrow license.

• Experience in the title, mortgage, or banking industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
