Job Overview:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of at least one of the following certifications: PMP, PgMP, ITIL Intermediate, and IAT Level II.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT Management or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Army IT operational and technical requirements, along with a comprehensive understanding of Army IT applications and network systems.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the management and oversight of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communication subsystems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract services in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies, regulations, statutes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Best Business Practices, including ITIL.
  • Provide management and services for reports or information as mandated by DoD policy, regulation, statute, or other governmental agencies; support requirements related to changes or additions to directives, regulations, or policies.
  • Facilitate adjustments in support personnel requirements and manage staffing and service levels according to workload variations.
  • Collaborate with Bravura's Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure centralized and coordinated management of all services, including administration, resource allocation, personnel management, compliance, and communication, while managing cross-project dependencies within Customer IT service areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Customer and provide technical oversight and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the project.
  • Responsibilities include liaising with Government management, staffing tasks, establishing and enforcing work standards; accountable for creating personnel and project schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating Government policies to personnel.
  • Ensure that personnel meet defined objectives, deliver timely and quality services to Customers; verify that IT services are rendered in a client-friendly and cost-effective manner; employ the ITIL framework to align IT services across mission, architecture, processes, and customer support.
  • Prepare monthly invoice reports for review and acceptance of services for payment processing.
  • Annually update the Contract Management Plan.
  • Provide weekly activity reports detailing accomplishments, issues, and recommendations in accordance with staffing processes assigned by the Government.
  • Deliver Monthly Status Reports outlining a detailed list of accomplishments, completed efforts, deliverables, conferences attended, spending rates, and overall performance evaluations and problem areas.
  • Support IT Service Management (ITSM) for total cost of ownership and conduct basic financial accounting of architecture expenses and expenditures.
  • Assist in planning for emerging technologies and developing short- and long-term IT strategies to identify technology solutions, refresh opportunities, and recommendations to meet mission requirements.
  • Oversee Change, Release, and Deployment Management to apply agile methodologies to all changes, releases, and initiatives.
  • Manage System Integration & Configuration Services to oversee the deployment of approved changes, emergent upgrades, and enhancements of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) systems.
