Salary and Benefits
The typical pay range for this Advanced Practice Nurse position is $87,035 - $187,460 per year. In addition to your compensation, enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You'll also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program. Furthermore, our 401(k) retirement savings plan and fully-paid term life insurance plan provide added financial security.
About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at MinuteClinic. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
This role involves providing primary and family evidence-based care, performing administrative duties, and handling patient appointments. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ordering medications and supplies, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure positive patient outcomes. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to participate in professional development, attend training sessions, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), is also necessary. This position requires fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
