About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator is an essential member of our branch team, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the financial advisor and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in basic computer skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
