Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and improve the associate experience
  • Collaborate with HR partners and senior executives to design and implement analytics solutions that inform talent decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data visualizations and analytics tools
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as finance, economics, or mathematics
  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python or SQL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
