Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests and the workflow in the service area, ensuring customers receive timely, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience by executing additional tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Guarantee that the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized for servicing customers.
  • Efficiently assign tasks among technicians.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with company expectations.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and procure necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Establish schedules and delegate responsibilities to service department staff.
  • Reinforce company policies and uphold organizational standards.
  • Promote adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and maintain good employee relations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on hiring and disciplinary actions within the service department.
