Job Title: Player Services Assistant Manager

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Player Services Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Player Services team, you will be responsible for protecting casino cage assets and ensuring compliance with company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monetary and credit transactions for customers, gaming departments, and employees.
  • Maintain balance and safeguard Player Services assets during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor and verify all cash intake.
  • Monitor transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Input, update, and access customer credit and other information via computer.
  • Coordinate job duties of Player Services personnel and instruct in proper performance of job duties.
  • Report and research any variance.
  • Ability to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work any position in Player Services.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • 2 years Cage/Credit experience preferred.
  • Ability to utilize basic office machines as well as 10 key, jetsort, jetscan, gaming ticketing kiosks, and micro-encoder.
  • Ability to operate Oasis-PitBoss, Loyalty, Everi, NEWave CENTRE, MicroSoft Office, and KRONOS software and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
  • Must obtain a TAM card for Guest comping requirements.
  • Must be able to bend, push, and lift up to 50 lbs. in weight.
  • Must pass heightened background review.
