We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing outgoing product through our tracking system and preparing packages for shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Pull boxed orders from the conveyor and scan them on either UPS or USPS systems.
- Match printout labels to boxed labels to ensure accuracy.
- Place labeled boxes onto pallets and move them to the staging area for outgoing distribution.
- Coordinate with truck line brokers to set up truckload and LTL shipments and prepare all applicable paperwork.
- Prepare skids of product for shipment according to customer requirements and load trucks for distribution.
- Process international mail and all necessary paperwork.
- Work with leadership to identify and resolve delivery issues, including contacting technical support for resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Logistics Coordinator at Vericast, you will enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.00/hourly, plus a $1.75 shift differential. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, and flexible PTO.
