Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling and inventory control.
  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store, including the checkout area, cooler, freezers, equipment, shelves, displays, floors, windows, backroom, and restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Participate in team efforts to achieve store or company goals, and perform duties in a safe manner following safety policies and practices.
  • Appearance and Grooming: Adhere to Applegreen US uniform and grooming standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Availability: Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stay prolonged periods of time standing and walking throughout the retail space, and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
