As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing comprehensive behavior analytic therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy services to children with intellectual or developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect data on client progress and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or relevant experience in ABA therapy or a school setting.
  • Formal experience working with clients who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Active Type 39 Medicaid Provider ID with no restrictions (preferred).
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of ABA.
