Lead Teller

As a Lead Teller at PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and coaching tellers to achieve this goal. This position is based in Lansing, MI at the Delta Office retail banking branch.

• Coach and mentor tellers to improve customer service skills and identify opportunities for referrals.
• Supervise conversations to enable referral opportunities for PNC products.
• Lead by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.

• Accuracy and attention to detail in completing teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and address customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong understanding of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and ability to manage risks associated with business objectives and activities.
