Salary Information

About the Job

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Recreation Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing activities for our residents, developing and implementing programs, and coordinating services with community agencies and resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in recreation coordination and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in senior care or recreation coordination. Relevant knowledge and skills in areas such as outings, art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, and poetry are highly valued. The ability to work effectively with residents and staff, follow instructions, and lead activities in various settings is essential.
