Stadium Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Greeting and Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests to their seats while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
• Stadium Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the stadium layout, seating areas, and guest amenities to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
• Escalation and Support: Recognize situations requiring escalation to Full-Time staff to ensure customer satisfaction and/or safety.
• Admission and Parking: Assist with admission ticket screening and reserved parking area management to ensure authorized guests access limited parking spaces.
• Hospitality Access: Review guest tickets to monitor access to hospitality sections and provide wristbands to eligible guests.
• Work Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment for all guests and staff.

About the Role: Stadium Ushers are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field, typically from mid-March to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring in the late-afternoon and evening.
