Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Grooming Services: Provide thorough and meticulous grooming services, including brushing, bathing, and conditioning, to meet the needs of our clients and their pets.
- Meet Client Expectations: Work closely with clients to understand their pets' specific needs and preferences, and deliver services that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the grooming area is clean, well-organized, and safe for both clients and pets.
- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest grooming techniques, products, and industry developments.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pet grooming, with formal training certification and/or experience under an established certified groomer.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment, or pets weighing up to 50 pounds, and to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
