Overview of the Role
The Community College of Aurora seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as a Student Ambassador in our Welcome Center. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on our campus community and develop valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and communication.

About the Job
As a Student Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
• Welcoming students, staff, and faculty to our campus and providing them with essential information about college programs and services
• Conducting campus tours and showcasing our beautiful facilities and amenities
• Assisting students with academic advising and registration processes, as well as providing general administrative support to the Welcome Center team
• Supporting Open House Events and other recruitment initiatives to promote the college and its programs
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry as required, and issuing student IDs as needed

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Eligibility for work-study program
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Estimated Salary: $16,500 - $17,500 per year
