CHRISTUS St. Francis Cabrini is seeking a skilled Traveling Registered Nurse to fill a Telemetry I position. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adult patients with cardiovascular diagnoses, including cardiac drips and post-surgical cardiovascular patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage telemetry monitoring systems, including cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Ability to float between 2N, 3N, 5N, and 6N units.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Per Diem nursing float pool opportunity.
- Right to hire after completing 25 shifts of at least 12 hours each.
