Job Summary:

Cary Medical Center and Pines Health Services seek a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent disability. You will work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, to maximize their functional independence.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and reassessments for patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, homecare, skilled nursing, and school settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the goals of patients, families, payors, and caregivers.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and document daily services rendered, including initial evaluations, payor certification forms, daily progress notes, charges, and discharge summaries.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical therapist with a Maine State License
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
