We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Collector to join our team at Centris Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and external members, vendors, financial institutions, and legal partners, while handling credit risk and account collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, vendors, and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage credit risk and account collection activities to ensure the financial stability of the credit union.
• Provide expert guidance to members on financial challenges and solutions, ensuring their success and the credit union's financial stability.
• Participate in performance-based incentives and corporate incentives for meeting goals and contributing to the credit union's success.
