Job Description: Flooring Refinisher

We're looking for an experienced Flooring Refinisher to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a Flooring Refinisher, you'll play a key role in restoring and refinishing various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile. You'll use your expertise in flooring restoration techniques and materials to transform worn and damaged flooring, bringing it back to its original beauty.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $**60,000 - $75,000 per year**, depending on experience. Benefits include net 7 pay, covering all material costs, and flexible scheduling. Our services range from roofing and gutters to plumbing and flooring renovations. We pride ourselves on clear communication, quality repairs, and timely service for homeowners and residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect flooring to determine the extent of refinishing required
  • Prepare flooring by sanding, patching, and cleaning
  • Apply suitable refinishing materials, such as paint, varnish, or stain, to achieve desired results
  • Repair any existing damage or imperfections
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General Liability Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring restoration
  • Proficient in flooring restoration techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Living in the US
