Resumen:

Como Técnico de Servicio en Future Chevrolet, serás responsable de inspeccionar, diagnosticar y mantener los vehículos de los clientes. Tu función implicará el uso de herramientas y equipos estándar de la industria para realizar reparaciones mientras mantienes los estándares de calidad del concesionario y del fabricante. Además de identificar problemas en los vehículos, documentarás tus hallazgos y proporcionarás recomendaciones para reparaciones o mantenimiento futuro.

Responsabilidades:
  • Diagnosticar problemas mediante experiencia, análisis y pruebas
  • Realizar inspecciones de servicio rutinarias, pruebas y tareas de mantenimiento estándar
  • Reparar automóviles y camionetas ligeras asignadas
  • Mantener la limpieza del vehículo durante el servicio o reparaciones
  • Asegurar la finalización de la documentación necesaria cumpliendo con las regulaciones
  • Contribuir al mantenimiento y estándares de seguridad del taller
  • Apoyar la eficiencia del taller mediante la gestión de inventario y tareas generales
  • Adherirse a las políticas del taller, procedimientos de seguridad y regulaciones ambientales
  • Mantenerse actualizado con los requisitos de capacitación del fabricante y del concesionario
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia previa como técnico en un concesionario
  • Finalización de alguna formación automotriz postsecundaria
  • Diploma de secundaria o GED
  • Rendimiento consistente en eficiencia del taller
  • Mantener certificaciones del fabricante y del concesionario
  • Capacidad para colaborar de manera efectiva y ser un jugador de equipo
  • Autonomía con una mentalidad centrada en el cliente
  • Deseo de aprender nuevos procesos y adaptarse rápidamente
