About the Job

The Manufacturing Equipment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Minimize downtime by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns
  • Analyze data from diagnostic tools to identify electrical and mechanical issues
  • Repair or replace faulty components
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to calibrate equipment
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Train junior staff members

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, blueprints, OSHA regulations, and automated assembly lines
  • Electrical knowledge

Working Conditions

This position requires working in a smoke-free environment, wearing steel toe shoes, and manual lifting up to 50lbs.
