Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site installation, diagnosis, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Oversee the performance of preventative maintenance visits and document/report results
  • Ensure customer systems are updated with the latest software, quick fixes, and hardware
  • Prepare upgrade plans for customer systems
  • Provide field beta testing and feedback
  • Follow technical procedures and tools for Global Service
  • Provide technical review of orders and proposals
  • Analyze technical risk of expansion projects and upgrades
  • Identify deficiencies in products and procedures affecting customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical assistance to meet company objectives of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Attend technical training and provide data for reports
  • Support sales and coordinate with factory for product-related issues
  • Respond to field technical questions and inquiries
Requirements
  • Recognized degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Process Control
  • 2+ years of experience with Triconex and Foxboro IA, Modicon, and Wonderware systems
  • 2+ years of experience with HMI software, PLCs, DCS systems, and field instrumentation
  • Familiarity with products and services in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Chemical industry
  • Team player with good leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical ability, with good judgment, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
