- Minimum of two years nursing experience in a healthcare facility.
- Current licensure by Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

- Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively with residents, personnel, and families.
The Nursing Supervisor will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with residents, families, and personnel. The ability to cope with mental and emotional stress is essential.
