Job Description: As a To Go Specialist at Red Lobster, you'll be responsible for enhancing Guest's takeout experience by offering personalized service and food and drink suggestions. Your duties will include taking accurate orders, assembling prepared food and drink orders, and walking orders to Guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup. You'll also be managing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our Guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Guests ordering takeout.
