We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney to join our team at Larson Maddox in Baltimore, MD.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and qualified attorney to manage a high-volume practice, handle multiple cases, and train staff to ensure efficient case handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their cases and develop effective legal strategies.
  • Coordinate case management, paralegal supervision, and project deadlines.
  • Prepare and revise court documents, conduct legal research, and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes and judicial case law.
  • Market the law firm's services to attract new clients and cross-sell other practices.
  • Handle court hearings and trials with confidence and competence.
  • Develop expertise in Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, and other areas of immigration law.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar License in good standing from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Preferably 1 year or more of immigration experience.
