Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Associate to join our team at the Flagship Wizarding World store in New York City. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience by designing and implementing visually stunning store displays, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Train and coach store team members on merchandise presentation and standards.
- Store Operations: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols. Execute strategy plans for shrink reduction and register/cash handling duties.
- Financial Analytics: Focus on UPT and APT through in-the-moment coaching and assistance. Attain delegated daily, monthly, or quarterly sales goals.
- Brand Representation: Maintain store appearance, ensuring it meets the Company's visual merchandising standards. Teach and live the store's culture with each associate.
- Minimum 1 year experience in premium retail Visual Merchandising.
- Creative ideation, Visual merchandising, window installation.
- Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
- Established time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Harry Potter series and background.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, visual) with the ability to communicate effectively in public to both small and large groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated self-starter with good initiative.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the operating needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
Warner Bros. Discovery offers a competitive salary range of $35,360 - $51,376.00 per year, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.
