Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff to foster a team approach and ensure excellent patient care.
  • Meet or exceed clinical goals and provide weekly reporting to the Director of Operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources to drive clinic growth.
  • Implement marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives to promote the clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and patients.
  • Monitor and adapt performance to budget and adjust clinical hours as needed.
  • Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through ongoing education and training.
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical therapy initial evaluations and develop comprehensive plans of care for each patient.
  • Design and implement clinically superior patient programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in patient care.
  • Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve the benefits of physical therapy.
  • Plan and execute patient discharge and ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of [insert state].
