Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality engineering principles and industry standards.
- Experience with automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with FMEA and APQP.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
- Experience with European Automotive OEMs.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional travel required (up to 15%).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
