EMT-Paramedic Specialist

As a EMT-Paramedic with the City of Pharr, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the lives and property of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide emergency medical services, including monitoring patients' conditions en route to the hospital and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including police, firefighting units, and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive emergency response.
• Accurately document incidents, creating concrete reports that reflect the situation.
• Stay updated on the latest treatment methodologies and medical procedures through continuous training, enabling you to administer prescribed first-aid treatment effectively.
• Work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations, adapting to rapidly changing environments to deliver the highest quality of care to the community.

A competitive base salary of $39,400.00 and scheduled overtime of $23,360.00 totaling $62,760.00 annually, as well as great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and Retirement.
