- Stay updated on the latest treatment methodologies and medical procedures through continuous training, enabling you to administer prescribed first-aid treatment effectively.
- Work under stressful conditions and in difficult situations, adapting to rapidly changing environments to deliver the highest quality of care to the community.
- Strong foundational knowledge of administrative and medical procedures.
- Proficiency in utilizing necessary equipment and materials to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Exceptional logical reasoning skills to assess various situations and identify the best alternative solutions to complex medical challenges.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and first responders.

A competitive base salary of $39,400.00 and scheduled overtime of $23,360.00 totaling $62,760.00 annually, as well as great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and Retirement.
