Nursing Professor

Job Summary:

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly qualified Nursing Associate Professor to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional instruction and mentorship to our students, while also contributing to the development of our nursing program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 18 to 21 instructional contact hours per week in the Akron Nursing Program (classroom and clinical)
• Participate in campus-wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention, and graduation goals
• Maintain a current knowledge of teaching discipline/field of study
• Participate in curriculum monitoring and development process
• Attend required college functions including staff meetings, in-service training, and special activities

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Possess a Master's Degree for ADN positions
• Valid Nursing License
• Teaching experience preferred
• Exceptional organization and communication skills are required
