Collaborative Environment:

  • Engage with Business and Financial Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document workflows and create detailed instructions for various financial activities, including:
    • Store Project financial activities
    • Flat file invoicing
    • Financial Close activities
    • Budget tracking
    • Non-FTE labor tracking
    • Project financial tracking
    • Purchasing workflows and contract processes
    • Retail reporting
    • Vendor and project management reporting
    • Business Operations task aids
    • Instructions for frequently used tools and systems
  • Consolidate job aids into a cohesive format
  • Refine existing documentation for self-service accessibility
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to finalize documentation using tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Gather requirements through interviews and collaborative sessions
  • Organize documentation logically, especially within larger task groups
  • Identify and address gaps in existing documentation
  • Create and edit internal manuals and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of content
  • Utilize Miro and OneNote for documentation updates
