We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Client Strategist to join our team at Click Here Digital. As a key member of our Account Services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the successful execution of digital strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients in the legal, medical, dental, and e-commerce industries.

As a Digital Client Strategist, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, working closely with them to understand their unique business goals and challenges. You will be responsible for crafting and executing digital strategies that leverage our suite of services to deliver measurable results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. Your expertise will enable you to drive results-oriented solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution based on client objectives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital strategy and execution matters. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing, account management, client services, or a related field. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social Media marketing. You should also possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on industry KPIs. Your proficiency in industry tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, etc. will also be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies based on client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and ensure the success of campaign delivery, performance, and execution based on client objectives.
  • Develop and present detailed digital marketing proposals that encompass strategies, goals, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights to optimize digital strategies for maximum impact.
  • Evaluate client's needs and assist to drive revenue growth while identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure execution of digital campaigns.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare reports for clients, outlining campaign performance and demonstrating the value delivered.
