Job Summary

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Dosimetrist to join our team in a travel position. As a Dosimetrist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement radiation treatment plans using Varian Eclipse software
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective treatment delivery
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on radiation equipment and treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and staff on radiation therapy procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation therapy and treatment planning
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Dosimetrist
  • Varian Eclipse experience required
  • BLS certification
  • MIM Vista experience preferred
  • CMD certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Treatment Techniques: IMRT/RA plans, SABR Lungs/Prostates/Pancreas/Liver, HDR Skin/GYN, motion management (Gated Cases)
  • Equipment: Databases: ARIA v16, EPIC, Treatment planning systems: Eclipse v16, Brachyvision, MIM Vista
