Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Freelance Sign Language Experts to provide interpreter services as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills for working with diverse constituencies and collaborative efforts.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-quality Sign Language interpretation services in various locations.
- Deliver exceptional interpretation services as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the supervisor and agency policies.
- Establish a regular schedule of availability and communicate it to the CSLS office on a weekly basis.
- Respond promptly to requests from the team.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Annual registration with the State of Connecticut.
- Certification compliant with State law.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for effective collaboration with diverse groups.
- A professional presentation and attire.
- The ability to work independently while upholding quality and productivity standards.
- Reliability and promptness.
We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
