Job Description

ENT and Allergy Associates, a leading medical practice, is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting audiometric testing, counseling patients, and making recommendations for hearing aids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with patients, gather history, and conduct audiometric testing
  • Counsel patients and make recommendations for hearing aids
  • Perform diagnostic testing, make ear impressions, and order instruments
  • Program hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, or problems
  • Maintain documentation and patient files
  • Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred
  • Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members
