We are seeking a qualified and caring Orthodontics Assistant to provide top-notch Orthodontic care at Wish Dental PLLC.

Job Summary

This role involves assisting the Orthodontist during exams and procedures, completing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they may have.
  • Perform Orthodontics procedures such as bonding and adjustments.
  • Prepare sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
  • A current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB).
  • Previous experience as an Ortho assistant is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to provide high-quality patient care and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
