As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading our Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) modeling efforts. About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in QSP modeling and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QSP models that integrate biological, pharmacological, and physiological data to support drug development at all stages, from preclinical research to clinical trials and beyond. You will also collaborate with internal and external experts, teams, and projects to develop innovative methods for modeling efficacy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build QSP models integrating biological, pharmacological, and physiological data to support drug development at all stages.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts, teams, and projects to develop innovative methods for modeling efficacy and safety.
  • Develop and implement QSP models that integrate biological, pharmacological, and physiological data to support drug development at all stages.
  • Work closely with senior leaders in R&D to integrate QSP modeling into all facets of R&D.
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g., biology, math, pharmacology, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computation biology, computer science, etc.).
  • Senior/Principal/AD/Director-level QSP experience either with a pharma/biotech or for a consulting company or academic research department that services pharma/biotech.
  • Extensive experience with exploratory data analysis, modeling, and simulation with programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Our client is open on therapeutic areas of experience/expertise. Oncology, Neurology, and/or Immunology experiences are a plus.
