We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our team at the Creve Coeur (Olive) Clinic. This part-time position offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students pursuing a medical-related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, under the direction of the Clinical Director. They will also work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the patient experience in therapy and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clinic appearance by completing regular tasks, such as cleaning equipment, assisting with laundry, and restocking supplies.
  • Improve patient experience through exceptional customer service and concierge-like support.
  • Assist supervising PTs with patient interaction and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with front office staff to answer phones, greet patients, and schedule appointments.
  • Contribute to clinic upkeep by assisting with digital technology and EMR.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college experience in a related healthcare field (preferred).
