We offer fully paid training to prepare you to become a nationally certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), including exam reimbursement. You will receive up to 80 hours of classroom and hands-on learning to use applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients learn and grow.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and school staff
- Implement behavior therapy techniques
- Document interventions and progress towards goals
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals
