We are seeking a skilled Registered Vascular Sonographer to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough vascular ultrasound examinations to create accurate Venous Flow Maps for treatment planning purposes.
- Collaborate with physicians to explain treatment plans and address patient-specific needs.
- Ensure the efficient setup and cleanup of procedure rooms, exam rooms, and ultrasound rooms.
- Perform additional ultrasound examinations as required by treatment plans to ensure patient safety and effectiveness.
- Adhere to standard time allotments for each exam type to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Work with office staff, administrative staff, and physicians to review ultrasound schedules and ensure timely patient care.
- Develop and maintain quality work and skills through continued education and interaction with other ultrasound technologists.
- Manage equipment and supply inventory to ensure continued operations.
- Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program.
- Registered Vascular Technologist, Registered Vascular Specialist, or Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) certification.
- Cultural sensitivity and excellent patient care skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team.
This is a part-time position, Monday-Thursday, at our St. Louis clinic location. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
