Compensation Details
The hourly pay ranges from $100 to $135.
Position Highlights
The selected Physician Assistant will provide coverage for Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic Surgery. Candidates must be Board Certified, possess a current DEA, and hold an active Ohio state license. The work schedule consists of shifts from 7am to 5pm, along with a call rotation. Comfort with Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH), first assisting, and managing ICU and stepdown patients is essential. Surgical procedures include open heart surgeries (CABG, valve replacements, complex aortic repairs) and thoracic cases, primarily utilizing robotic techniques. The role involves caring for high-acuity patients and collaborating with a dedicated support team of three surgeons and two to three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
