Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant for Skilled Nursing Facility

Core Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Puyallup, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or equivalent
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Washington
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
