  3. Staff Management: Supervise and train sales representatives and instructors to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  4. Marketing and Promotion: Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the studio.
  5. Operations and Administration: Manage studio operations, including inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a supportive and meaningful community.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  6. College degree preferred.
