Role Description:
As a Cashier at Off The Hook, you will be the welcoming presence for our patrons, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout process. Your main duties will include accurately processing transactions, managing cash and payments, and responding to customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor. You will contribute significantly to fostering a welcoming environment, keeping the cashier area tidy and organized, and assisting your colleagues in providing outstanding service. If you enjoy engaging with customers and thrive in a dynamic setting, this position is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process customer transactions and handle cash management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Completion of all required training programs.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
