Meat Assistant

**Job Summary**

As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our meat department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Rotating and stocking perishable products to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Packaging and wrapping various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer demands.
• Learning about the origin and characteristics of different cuts of beef and pork to provide expert knowledge to customers.
• Assisting in grinding fresh burgers and adhering to our 18-hour grind policy to ensure quality and safety.
• Cleaning the cutting room and cooler area to maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace.
